Correction

In the April 2006 issue of Stroke, the article entitled "Preeclampsia and the Risk of Ischemic Stroke Among Young Women: Results From the Stroke Prevention in Young Women Study" by Brown et al¹ has an incomplete Acknowledgments section. The authors wish to add the following statement to this section:

"This material is based on work supported in part by the Baltimore Geriatrics Research, Education, and Clinical Center of the Department of Veterans Affairs."
