Correction

In the article entitled "Unrecognized Myocardial Infarction in Relation to Risk of Dementia and Cerebral Small Vessel Disease" by Ikram et al,1 there is a typographical error in the penultimate sentence of the section "Assessment of Myocardial Infarction on Electrocardiography". The sentence states that "All unrecognized MI were therefore non-Q-wave MI." However, instead of "non-Q-wave MI" it should state "Q-wave MI".

The authors regret this error.
