A woman who presented with a subarachnoid hemorrhage secondary to a
ruptured anterior spinal artery aneurysm of the spinal cord is reported.

spinal artery with angiographic confirmation, it emphasizes that
occasionally subarachnoid hemorrhage may be secondary to ruptured spinal
artery aneurysms.
