An extract of the first 100% of the full text is provided, because this article has no abstract.

In the October issue of Stroke, the article entitled "Extending Reperfusion Therapy for Acute Ischemic Stroke: Emerging Pharmacological, Mechanical, and Imaging Strategies" by Molina and Saver1 did not include a permission release statement for the figure. The authors wish to add this statement to the figure legend:

"Figure modified with permission from Kidwell CS, Saver JL. Thromboembolic stroke and cerebrovascular atherosclerosis. In: Marks MP, Do HM, eds. Endovascular Therapy for the Central Nervous System. Lippincott Williams & Wilkins, 2002."
