We appreciate the comments and suggestions by Moris et al about our article.1 We would like to add some clarification.
As noted by Moris et al, 26.5% of Asian patients in this trial were using aspirin before randomization. Although no significant interaction was observed, the sample size of the Asian subgroup was small and there was a trend of greater effect of ticagrelor in patients with previous aspirin use.
