For immediate online access with a new subscription, use your credit card to place your order over the phone. You may also order or renew online-only and print subscriptions as well as AHA council memberships through the Lippincott Williams & Wilkins Online Store.

Once payment is received, you will receive an acknowledgement letter containing your customer account number. You will need this customer number to access Stroke Online. The first time you access Stroke Online, you will be asked to provide the following information necessary to activate your subscription:

Your customer account number (included with the letter)

A user name and password that you can easily remember

Your name, phone number, and email address
